Conference registration

Please, download the registration form here. Fill in this form and send it to the CLAWAR'2004 secretariat.

Remember that payment for registration is required in advance to the Conference (registration will not be valid until payment is received).

Ways of payment

Payment for the registration fees of the CLAWAR'2004 conference can be made either by bank transfer or cheque or money order:

Bank Transfer

Please, enclose the receipt of the transfer with the registration form and send them to the CLAWAR'2004 secretariat.

Cheque

Payment can also be done by cheque or money order made payable to ‘Instituto de Automatica Industrial’ and crossed and sent to the CLAWAR’2004 Secretariat. Please, enclose the cheque with the registration form and send them to the CLAWAR'2004 secretariat.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, and provided that written notice is received seven days prior to the event, a refund of 75% of the registration fee will be made. If no notice of cancellation is received, no refunds can be made in respect of the charges of social events, and accommodation. Delegates will be liable for services booked and not paid for.

Refunds will be made after the conference.
